Edit: I’m swamped with submissions right now. So I’m sorry to say there is a waiting list right now. I really didn’t expect SO many people to be interested. You can still submit to be added to the queue for maybe some guest blogging, but writing staff positions have been closed.

We are looking for some help with out site so all people who love TVD and can write well are appreciated. We are not looking for people to do news, there are sites out there for that. Bite On This is all about the commentary and having an informed view of the show. We are looking for people to write strong commentaries on episodes, story lines or characters. Our site has gone through an identity crisis and we’re trying to get it more focused. There will be no monetary compensation for your writing. If you are interested please fill out the form to let us know you are interested.

Here are the guidelines:
1. You must have the ability to write. We are willing to give you chance, but you have to be able to string sentences together correctly. I’m not the grammar police and I know I am a horrible speller, so I know some things do slip through the cracks. But we do expect a certain level of writing.
2. You must be able to control your language and please no STicKY caps. We want to appeal to a large audience.
3. We want informed opinions and not things like “Damon is so hot. That’s why I like the show.” We are looking for things like Five Reasons Caroline Will Make A Difference As A Vampire.
4. We are looking for a couple of people to write something weekly just to keep the site moving. You must be able to keep weekly deadlines.

We welcome anyone who is interested. Before any permanent selection, you must submit a writing sample.
