HOLY CRAP!!!! This season looks like it is going to be awesome. I feel absolutely crushed for Damon. I think that tonight’s episode might have put him over the edge. Elena might not want him, but I’ll take him…hahaha. I’m so glad that John gave Jeremy his special ring…looks like he’ll be needing that this season! Can’t wait for the podcast to hear your thoughts. =)

Agree with Samantha – woohoo, Uncle Mason! Rawr.

Loved to much about the episode, how they picked up right where Season 1 left off, the emotional struggle with Damon, Katherine wreaking havoc – woohoo!

But… gotta say, wasn’t digging the 4, count ‘em 4 faux deaths. I mean how did Uncle John not die? (pre-vamp-blood-ness) Really? And Jeremy fake-out almost died twice! And looks like Caroline will be vampalicious soon. She could rock it… but poor Matt! I don’t think he can take it. Will no one be left human by the end of the season?

I think it’s going to be an awesome season too!! I feel the same way about Damien I had a problem but I want to make sure it wasn’t just my tv but did anyone else have sound problems? I could barely hear anything but sound effects so I watched but could barely listen ! Can’t wait for next week!
